PROFILE OF YINKA OLATIDE- RICHARDS 
The Dreamer of  New Naija  
Yinka Olatide-Richards is a graduate of accounting from the prestigious Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State.
In quest for academic excellence and the passion for the media, he enrolled for Public Relations at NIPR study center in Lagos and came out as a chartered member of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations[NIPR].
He started his media career as a freelance presenter on AIT,Lagos and later moved from broadcast to print media where he started as a freelance writer in National Encomium and later started with The IMPACT Magazine  as the Publisher, now  IMPACT Watch in the year 2001.
 As a young man with a burnning  passion for youth development, he  floated an NGO in Lagos known as Skylmit Youth Foundation and a development center called Skylmit Youth Centre which was launched in the year 2001 by the then Lagos State Commissioner for Youth Development, Hon.Segun Daodu and Mrs Oluremi Tinubu. He also published the Vision Magazine and wrote a book entitled: the Achiever
Yinka Olatide-Richards is the CEO of Smart Media, a media consultancy outfit, Digital Media, a Brand management and a Public Relations outfit and Visionni Media an Event Management outfit.
As a business development and Human Resource Manager, he consults for Brunnel and Midas Torch Fast Food  both in Lagos. He has also managed corporate organizations like Glogal Resources in Ibadan and TCC   Investment, a mobile content service provider in Lagos in the area of corporate governance and media relations.
He is presently the President /CEO of Ford Consulting and DREAM Naija, an NGO established to develop new generation of revolutionary leaders who will salvage Nigeria from utter devastation.
